Rhinoplasty Surgery
Open or closed rhinoplasty to smooth a hump, refine or lift the tip, narrow the nasal bones, straighten the nose, or correct breathing problems and old fractures.
Rhinoplasty in NYC with Dr. Leonard Grossman, a Brooklyn plastic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience who reshapes the nose for facial harmony and easier breathing. He offers open and closed rhinoplasty, nasal reconstruction after injury, and the Nose Job in a Bottle, a filler technique he named. Every procedure is outpatient at his Brooklyn surgery center.

Surgical and non-surgical nose reshaping by Dr. Grossman, planned around the proportions of your whole face.
Open or closed rhinoplasty to smooth a hump, refine or lift the tip, narrow the nasal bones, straighten the nose, or correct breathing problems and old fractures.
The Nose Job in a Bottle: filler placed through a microcannula in about 5 to 10 minutes, with you watching the change in a mirror.
A chin implant, placed under the chin or through the mouth, can be combined with rhinoplasty to balance the profile. His chin gallery includes a 24-year-old man who had closed rhinoplasty and a chin implant.
Dr. Leonard Grossman treats rhinoplasty as a question of facial harmony: the nose is reshaped to suit your face, not a template. Depending on your anatomy he uses an open or closed approach, or a filler correction he calls the Nose Job in a Bottle. If you are comparing the best rhinoplasty surgeons in NYC, ask to see before and after photos of noses like yours and confirm each surgeon’s plastic surgery residency training.

His gallery includes closed rhinoplasty for a dorsal hump, straightening in men and women, and open reconstruction after a car accident, each shown one year later.
When you compare rhinoplasty surgeons in NYC, look at training, the range of options offered and where the surgery is performed.
Microsurgery and burns and reconstruction fellowships, plus a fully accredited plastic surgery residency (Scott & White, 1995).
Open or closed rhinoplasty, or his Nose Job in a Bottle when filler alone can achieve the change you want.
Surgery takes place in his AAAHC-accredited Brooklyn center: outpatient, private and home the same day.
His methods are designed to avoid compression garments and special pillows and to minimize the need for narcotics.

In 1995 he completed a fully accredited plastic surgery residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Texas; his practice reports he became the first American plastic surgeon to use Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction that year. He pioneered calf augmentation with fat grafting in 1995 and, by his practice's count, has performed more than 4,500 calf augmentations. Nose job cost in NYC differs from other regions and from one nose to the next, so rhinoplasty is priced after Dr. Grossman examines your nose and decides on an open or closed approach, how much reshaping is needed and whether a breathing problem or old fracture must be corrected. Your quote will itemize what is included, and financing is available through Cherry and Prosper Healthcare Lending.
