Male Breast Reduction
Power Assisted and Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction remove excess breast tissue through a tiny incision, with excision added only when the tissue requires it.
Looking for top gynecomastia surgery doctors in New York? Dr. Leonard Grossman, a Brooklyn plastic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience, removes the excess tissue with a combination of power-assisted and ultrasound-assisted liposuction through a tiny incision. Surgery takes place at his fully accredited surgery center in Brooklyn, and most men go home the same day and return to work the next.

Reduce, rebuild or define: male chest procedures for gynecomastia and chest contour goals.
Power Assisted and Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction remove excess breast tissue through a tiny incision, with excision added only when the tissue requires it.
Fat from your abdomen, flanks or love handles is transferred to the chest to add definition with no implants. There are no drain tubes or compression garments, and general anesthesia is not required in most cases.
Cohesive or solid silicone implants are placed through a natural armpit crease under twilight anesthesia, with internal sutures and no drains.
Gynecomastia affects nearly 30% of men to some degree, and the surgeon you choose shapes both how the chest looks and how fast you recover. Dr. Leonard Grossman removes the tissue with a combination of Power Assisted and Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction through a tiny incision, about 3 mm, placed in an inconspicuous spot such as the navel or the breast crease so scarring is minimal and well hidden. Excision is added only when firm glandular tissue calls for it, which is why no two reductions follow quite the same steps. Men choose local anesthesia, Pro-Nox or twilight anesthesia and wear no pressure garments afterward. Dr. Grossman aims for a flatter, natural-looking chest contour and outstanding results that suit your build.

His men’s gallery shows patients from their 20s to their 40s, including men treated with chest, abdomen and flank liposuction together.
What sets a top gynecomastia surgeon apart: a refined technique, a light recovery and verifiable training.
PAL and UAL liposuction removes tissue through an incision of about 3 mm, with excision only when needed.
Local anesthesia, Pro-Nox (laughing gas) or twilight anesthesia, depending on your needs and preference.
No pressure garments; most men work the next day, hit the gym in three days and swim in about a week.
Listed in the Castle Connolly guide and recognized by Vitals.com among its top 10 plastic surgeons.
