Rhinoplasty Surgery
Surgical reshaping through an open or closed approach to reduce a hump, refine the tip, narrow or straighten the nose, or improve breathing, planned around your whole face.
Rhinoplasty surgery for patients from Long Island, performed by Dr. Leonard Grossman in Brooklyn, NYC. With more than 30 years of experience, he reshapes the nose for facial harmony and easier breathing using an open or closed technique, and offers the Nose Job in a Bottle, a term he coined, when filler can achieve the change.

Surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty options for patients traveling from Long Island to Brooklyn.
Surgical reshaping through an open or closed approach to reduce a hump, refine the tip, narrow or straighten the nose, or improve breathing, planned around your whole face.
The Nose Job in a Bottle uses filler to smooth bumps, lift a drooping tip or correct asymmetry in one short visit, with results typically lasting up to a year.
Correction of old fractures, injuries and breathing problems, including open reconstruction after facial trauma, drawing on Dr. Grossman’s reconstructive surgery training.
Dr. Leonard Grossman plans rhinoplasty surgery around the proportions of your whole face rather than a standard nose shape. After a detailed examination he recommends an open or closed approach, or a filler correction if surgery is not needed, and most patients are back at work in about one to two weeks. Patients from Long Island travel to his Brooklyn surgery center for every visit, in a private, professional setting.

Gallery cases include a 22-year-old woman after closed rhinoplasty for size reduction and a 47-year-old man after nasal reduction for rhinophyma.

Reconstructive and Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Leonard Grossman is a Brooklyn, New York City plastic and reconstructive surgeon with more than 30 years of experience and a pioneer of Organic Plastic Surgery, using patients' own fat in place of synthetic materials. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1985, completed his internship and General Surgery residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, and completed fellowships in Microsurgery at Montefiore Hospital and Burns and Reconstruction at Jacobi Hospital. In 1995 he completed a fully accredited plastic surgery residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Texas; his practice reports he became the first American plastic surgeon to use Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction that year. He pioneered calf augmentation with fat grafting in 1995 and, by his practice's count, has performed more than 4,500 calf augmentations. He operates at his fully accredited (AAAHC) surgery center at 3039 Emmons Ave in Brooklyn. Recognized by the Castle Connolly Guide, Vitals.com and RateMDs.com, he is dedicated to privacy, professionalism, and helping patients make informed decisions about their care.
Rhinoplasty cost varies significantly by geographic location and by anatomy, so it is quoted individually after Dr. Grossman examines you. For Long Island patients the figure is set by the plan itself: an open or closed technique, the extent of reshaping, any breathing or fracture correction, and anesthesia. Because surgery is outpatient in his Brooklyn center rather than a hospital, there is no hospital stay to pay for, and financing options are available.
