Liquid Rhinoplasty
A non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty tip lift places a small amount of Restylane or Radiesse with a microcannula, measured to how far your tip droops, to raise and refine it in minutes.
A non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty tip lift with Dr. Leonard Grossman raises a drooping nasal tip with filler in about 5 to 10 minutes, with no incisions and a comfortable, quick return to your routine. Dr. Grossman coined the term “Nose Job in a Bottle” and first performed it on TV in 1996. He uses a microcannula and Restylane or Radiesse, lets you watch the change in a mirror, and treats patients at his Brooklyn, NYC center.

Ways Dr. Grossman reshapes the nose, with filler or surgery, and balances the features around it.
A non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty tip lift places a small amount of Restylane or Radiesse with a microcannula, measured to how far your tip droops, to raise and refine it in minutes.
Open or closed rhinoplasty permanently reshapes the nose, reduces size and can improve breathing, with surgery done in Brooklyn.
Fillers, Botox, laser resurfacing and fat grafting can balance the face around a refined nose, including chin and cheek volume.
A drooping nasal tip can make the nose look longer and the profile heavier. With a non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty tip lift, Dr. Leonard Grossman places a small amount of Restylane or Radiesse through a microcannula to support and raise the tip, often straightening the bridge in the same session. How much filler he uses and where depends on your tip support, skin thickness and the shape of the bridge, so no two tip lifts follow the same plan. You watch in a mirror as he works, and results typically last up to a year. Dr. Grossman aims for a natural-looking, outstanding result that keeps your nose in balance with your face.

A non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty tip lift is a version of Dr. Grossman’s “Nose Job in a Bottle,” a term he coined and a treatment he first performed on the TV show EXTRA in 1996. A small amount of filler is placed with a microcannula to support and raise a drooping nasal tip, often while straightening the bridge. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and most patients go straight back to their day.
