Rhinoplasty Surgery
Open or closed rhinoplasty to refine the tip, smooth a bump, narrow the nose or correct breathing and old fractures, planned in proportion with your other features.
Asian nose rhinoplasty in New York with Dr. Leonard Grossman is about refinement that respects your features. He offers surgical rhinoplasty through an open or closed approach and the Nose Job in a Bottle, a filler technique he named and first performed on television in 1996, so your plan can add definition, lift the tip or reduce a bump. Consultations and surgery take place at his Brooklyn practice, where patients go home the same day.

Surgical and non-surgical nose reshaping, chosen for your anatomy and goals rather than a standard look.
Open or closed rhinoplasty to refine the tip, smooth a bump, narrow the nose or correct breathing and old fractures, planned in proportion with your other features.
The Nose Job in a Bottle: Restylane or Radiesse placed with a microcannula to add shape or lift the tip in about 5 to 10 minutes, with immediate results.
Fillers, fat grafting with your own fat, and eyelid or chin procedures can be considered when overall facial harmony is the goal.
Asian nose rhinoplasty with Dr. Leonard Grossman is planned around what you want to keep as much as what you want to change. He examines the nose as part of your whole face, then recommends open or closed rhinoplasty, his Nose Job in a Bottle with filler, or both. Surgery takes place at his AAAHC-accredited outpatient center in Brooklyn through small, discreet incisions, and his recovery approach avoids compression garments and keeps narcotics to a minimum.

Nose reshaping guided by one principle: plastic surgery should enhance, not erase, who you are.
One surgeon offers open and closed rhinoplasty and the Nose Job in a Bottle, so the recommendation is not tied to one method.
Consultation, surgery and follow-up take place at his Emmons Avenue center in Brooklyn, NYC.
During filler reshaping you view your nose in a mirror, so the shape is adjusted with your input.
He plans the nose against your eyes, cheeks and chin, so a change reads as refinement rather than a different face.

Asian nose rhinoplasty is nose reshaping for patients of Asian heritage who want a different shape, size or definition while keeping a nose that fits their face. With Dr. Grossman, that can mean surgical rhinoplasty through an open or closed approach, a non-surgical correction with filler, or a combination. Which one fits depends on what you want changed and on his examination of your nose and facial structure.
