Brow Lift Surgery
Small incisions within the hairline or natural creases let Dr. Grossman lift and reposition low brows in one to two hours, with no compression garments, narcotics or special pillows afterward.
See how Dr. Leonard Grossman approaches brow lift scars and what before and after photos can show. He lifts genuinely low or uneven brows through small incisions placed within the hairline or natural creases, so they are concealed once healed. Most patients resume normal activities within a week, without compression garments or narcotics, and swelling and bruising fade over a few weeks.

Brow and upper-face procedures from Dr. Leonard Grossman, each planned around incision placement and natural expression.

The upper eyelid incision hides in the lid crease, and lower-lid fat can often be taken out through the inside of the lid. Eyelid surgery is often paired with a brow lift for a rested look.
Fat grafting with your own fat restores volume to the brows, temples and cheeks. In his brow gallery, it made a patient’s brows look higher without a single brow incision.
Brow lift scars depend mostly on where the incisions go and how carefully they are closed, and both are tailored to your hairline and brow shape rather than drawn from a single template. Dr. Leonard Grossman uses small, strategically placed incisions within the hairline or natural creases so they are hidden as they heal, and performs the brow lift under local or twilight anesthesia. Before and after photos are reviewed at consultation, including his fat grafting option for brows that look heavy from volume loss, which needs no brow incisions.

Right after a brow lift the brows sit higher and the forehead looks smoother, though swelling and some bruising soften the result at first. Recovery is outpatient and comfortable for most: you go home the same day, and over-the-counter pain relief is usually enough. Most patients return to normal activities within a week, and the swelling and bruising settle over a few weeks. Because Dr. Grossman places the incisions within the hairline or natural creases, they are hidden while they heal and hard to spot once they mature.
